1. The game

My Bruiser is a free browser game of automatic fights. Playing is free; some optional items can be bought with a virtual currency, the peanuts. The game is offered as is and may change (balance, items, features) to stay fun and fair.

3. Minors

The game is open from 13 years old. A minor may only buy with the permission and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who must keep their payment card out of reach. If a purchase was made without permission, the parent can write to contact@mybruiser.com and we will look at the case in good faith.

4. Peanuts and prices

Prices include French VAT at 20%. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Peanuts are a licence to use virtual content inside the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or refunded, except as required by law. Experience, gold, chocolate medals, ranks, ultra-rare items and the mammoth are never for sale.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by card on a secure page of our payment provider. Peanuts are credited to the account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If they do not arrive within an hour, write to us with the date of the purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal

Peanuts are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). This agreement is confirmed in your order.

7. Liability and service

We do our best to keep the game available but cannot guarantee it without interruption. In case of a lasting technical failure on our side that makes purchased content unusable, we will restore it or offer an equivalent. If the game were to close, players would be informed at least 30 days in advance and the purchase of peanuts would be stopped at once.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. For any complaint, write first to contact@mybruiser.com. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator; the details of the mediator are given on request and will be displayed here. Otherwise, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules of your country of residence.
