What we collect
- Game account: your bruisers (name, look, progress, fights), and, if you save your account, your e-mail address and a hashed password (we never see it in clear).
- Technical data: IP address at sign-up and last visit, used against cheating (multi-accounts, referral farms) and abuse (attempt limits).
- Purchases: date, pack, amount, status and payment reference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page: we never receive or store them.
Why
To run the game and your account (performance of the contract), to process purchases and keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to fight cheating, fraud and abuse (legitimate interest). No data is sold, and no advertising profiling is done.
How long
- Account and game data: as long as the account is used, then deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
- IP addresses: 12 months.
- Purchase records: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Public fight replays may stay visible as long as the game exists, linked only to the bruiser name.
Cookies
We only use one session cookie (mb_sess), strictly needed to keep you logged in and protect forms. It is exempt from consent. No advertising or tracking cookie is set. Audience measurement, if any, is done without cookies and anonymously, on our own server.
Recipients and processors
- Hosting: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland, a country recognised by the EU as offering adequate protection).
- Card payment: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), which processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Minors
The game is open from 13 years old. Under 15, a parent must agree to the creation of an account with an e-mail address. Purchases by a minor require the permission of a parent (see the terms of sale).
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, export your data or object to its processing by writing to contact@mybruiser.com from the address linked to your account. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
